Festive Buffet
Get out your Santa hat, flashing reindeer antlers, Christmas jumper or party wear and come along and enjoy a festive evening at the club on Saturday 14th December from 7pm.
Music, games and quizzes, carol singing, food and drink.
A cold buffet will be provided to include – home cooked gammon ham, cold turkey, salmon, veggie main, variety of side salads, a cheeseboard, mince pies and brandy butter and chocolate roulade.
We do hope you’ll join us, everyone is welcome but we’ve had to limit the number of meals to 46 so if you want to eat it’s essential to book.
Members: This catering event is initially open to members only until the 1st December (£15 each)*
Payment is required to secure place/s.
* If you haven’t paid by the 1st of December your place/s may be be sold to non-members
If you need to pay by card at the kitchen till (Offline card), please pop into the club on a Thursday evening or a Sunday lunch time to make your payment.
Non-members: From the 2nd of December, if any places are left they may be purchased for non-members (£18 each).
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your meal, please do so prior to the order cut-off time. If you don’t cancel your meal within the cut-off time or fail to attend you will still be expected to pay. Cancelling early helps us to try to re-sell your meal/s and cover the cost of cooking and ingredients.
The cut-off date is the 8th of December.
